This Privacy Policy describes how Panda Stats Media ("we," "us," or "Groovily") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Groovily mobile application and the website at groovily.app (together, the "Service").

Groovily is operated by Panda Stats Media, an independent software publisher based in the United States. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through the Service.
We do not link any of the above to your identity unless you create an account.
Groovily relies on a small set of trusted service providers. Each is listed below with the specific data we share with them and why.
When you generate a song, we send the following to Mureka (Kunlun Tech Co.):
Mureka generates lyrics and music based on this input and returns the audio file to us. Their privacy practices are at mureka.ai. We do not send any other personal information to Mureka — not your email, not your device identifiers, not your account information.
We use Supabase (Supabase Inc., based in the United States) to host our database, store generated audio files, and authenticate accounts (when you choose to create one). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase's privacy practices are at supabase.com/privacy.
Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment card information. Apple's privacy practices are at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The groovily.app website and the public song-share player are hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent). Vercel's privacy practices are at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The groovily.app website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors arrive at and use the site — for example, how many people visit the landing page, their approximate region, the device and browser they use, the marketing source that referred them (such as a Facebook ad campaign), and whether they tap the “Download on the App Store” button. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and processes this information in aggregate. We use it only to measure how our website and marketing are performing and to improve them — not to identify you personally or to target ads to you. This applies to the website only; it is not part of the Groovily mobile app. Google's privacy practices are at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Songs you generate with Groovily are stored in our private storage, accessible only to you (or to anyone you explicitly share a song with). When you tap Share, Groovily uses the iOS native share sheet to send the audio file directly to your chosen recipient. We do not host public links by default. You can delete any song you've created at any time.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA respectively. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Groovily is rated 12+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@pandastats.net and we will delete it.
We protect your information using TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for all stored data, row-level security policies that prevent any user from accessing another user's data, and regular security review of our backend and authentication flows. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat our security obligations seriously and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
Groovily's servers and our service providers may be located in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
